We were provided with a nice twin room that had a good bathroom and kitchen as we had requested, the staff were extremely friendly, and the location was great.

Private parking onsite provided. Colourful atmosphere of this hotel and very friendly and amicable staff. Location near Bologna as a student, the historical city centre, and the beautiful garden.

The location was absolutely perfect and handy, a short walk to a garden and a hill. the whole room was reasonably large and well-designed with comfy bed and bathroom. A hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets were available there.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at 4 Gatti on our way to the Ancona ferry. The bedroom was large and stylish with impressive orginal features. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, ensuring our comfort and preparing an excellent early breakfast. The house is incredible, like a little mansion, with a beautiful garden. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center by foot or bus. We felt at home and truly enjoyed our time at 4 Gatti. Would recommend this hotel.

I 4 Gatti truly exceeded my expectations during my recent stay. The historical town villa, owned by a warm and welcoming family, exuded charm and beauty. The attention to detail in preserving and restoring the features of the villa was evident and done with genuine love and craftsmanship. The host, Filippo, was not only friendly and well-traveled, but also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provide helpful recommendations. The garden was a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxation. And let's not forget about Scossa, the adorable cat! Despite the shared bathroom, it was always clean and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze, despite my changing plans multiple times. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Although the room under the roof did get quite hot during the summer heat, a stronger fan could have alleviated the discomfort. Nevertheless, if visiting during the hottest part of summer, opting for a room downstairs would be a wise choice.
